What information do I need to provide to CFA to schedule an aircraft?

A

The following information is needed to confirm a booking:

  • Travel date(s)
  • Travel times
  • Aircraft type needed
  • Number of passengers

How many passengers can your aircraft hold?

A

Our Hawkers can accommodate up to 8 passengers.  Please click here to view the Hawker cabin layout and luggage capacity.  Our Gulfstream V can accommodate up to 15 passengers.  Please click here to view the Gulfstream V cabin layout and luggage capacity.

How far in advance should I schedule my flight?

A

Our schedules can fill up quickly, so the more advance notice you give us for your flight, the better the chance of us ensuring the availability of our aircraft and crew for your needs. We will always make our best effort to accommodate your flight request up to 48 hours in advance of your departure. In the event you have a more immediate need, please contact us during normal business hours at 937.264.5412, or after hours at 937.264.5419.

Are pets allowed to fly on the aircraft?

A

We do not allow pets onboard the aircraft.
